A resource guide on early childhood topics such as nutrition, immunizations, illnesses, siblings, sleep and other helpful information is available from the outreach nurse.
The contents of this publication were originally developed by Brown County Public Health, Brown County Interagency Early Intervention Committee, United Way of Brown County in collaboration with local hospitals and clinics from New UlM Medical Center, Sleepy Eye Hospital & Clinic, and Springfield Hospital & Clinic all of Minnesota.
